Symptôme-coïncidence

This series starts from drawings depicting a bird in a tree.
I kept only the feather and the leaf, combined into a single new motif, that I repeat, like a symptom, to create hypnotic patterns.
As the leaf and the feather fall from the tree gracefully and seemingly in unpredictable directions, I chose to name this project Symptôme-coïncidence.
Symptom (σύμπτωμα) and Coincidence (σύμπτωση) have a common origin in Greek, meaning “what falls together.”
